Causing disorder is one of the significant characteristics of the hypocrites

Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Conversation on A9TV dated May 12th, 2016

ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prophet (saas) says that hypocrites are quite intelligent and evil. And causing disorder is a significant characteristic of the hypocrites. There is not a moment when they are at ease. They always feel restless, uneasy and they radiate it to others around them as well. For example, a hypocrite says to Our Prophet (saas); "Should you go out and fight in such hot weather?" He blurts it out right in the middle of the believers; they are indeed seditious and immoral. By saying so, he means; "You did not think it through " referring to Our Prophet (saas), may God forbid the thought. "None of them were able to think of it either, but I was" he says. It is an ambiguous statement, too. They are quite seditious and vile. And Our Prophet (saas) replies, "I am aware of how hot it is, but the danger we face is a greater problem. We should deal with this danger at all cost" he says to his companions. Even though the hypocrite knows the answer well, he speaks as such intentionally, out of his immorality, just for the sake of villainy, spreading sedition, and causing disturbance and disorder among Muslims. If the hypocrite is able to achieve his purpose through his limited intelligence, as hypocrites are dimwitted, he believes that he will make a name for himself, prove the redundancy of the Muslim community and claim his superiority. Therefore, the believers should always watch out for the schemes of the hypocrites. As you know, there are many examples of this in the Quran. The hypocrite speaks in order to put Our Prophet (saas) in a difficult position even though he knows the answer to his question quite well.

For example, he says "If I knew how to fight, I would certainly follow you." In fact, he knows very well, but he pretends to be incompetent. His only aim is to cause disturbance, commit villainy, spread disorder and discontent among Muslims, and shake their trust towards the Prophet (saas), and imply suspicion against the Prophet (saas). The grudge of the hypocrites never settles down. They are quite immoral and treacherous. They still commit their vile and cowardly deeds even when you expect the least. Therefore, as their religious duty, the believers should give them no respite and be careful about them. Hypocrites are useful in many ways; they help believers stay mentally and spiritually alert, increase the believers' resolve to struggle, and help them remain vigilant and strong against the irreligious. Otherwise, the Muslims might become complacent and prone to mistakes, but the hypocrite menace helps them remain vigilant, watchful and on guard. Thus, the impact the irreligious have on the Muslims diminishes as well. Maintaining constant vigilance against the hypocrites also helps Muslims improve their mental capacity as well as increase their resolve to struggle, earning them spiritual merit. In other words, hypocrites yield countless benefits for the believers in terms of merit and self-improvement. They may appear to be seditious but they are quite beneficial in many ways. They help believers stay alert, and comprehend and live the Quran better. For example, hypocrites behave decently and calm when they get what they want, but otherwise they become extremely vicious and aggressive. For example, a hypocrite says, "Do not go out to fight in the heat." In fact, he would go out to fight if he had interest out of it. He only says this due to his villainy and immorality. Hypocrites are good at exploiting circumstances so that they can cause disorder. For example, they can find something to cause disturbance even in a peaceful environment. The Muslims will go and fight, and they will prevail without any problem. But out of the blue, the hypocrites resort to their immoral ways and cause sedition as they are extremely vile. If you read the Quran carefully, you can see that there are many examples for this.

ENDER DABAN: I seek refuge in God from satan; "What do we gain out of this?" they ask.

ADNAN OKTAR: Indeed. Hypocrites are self-seekers. They are always after easy gains, schemes, and they are only concerned with their own interest and live their lives accordingly. When their interest clashes with others’, they become ferocious, vicious, and aggressive as we can see it in the Quran as well.

KARTAL GOKTAN: I seek refuge in God from satan; "If it had been a case of easy gains and a short journey, they would have followed you, but the distance was too long for them.”

ADNAN OKTAR: Indeed. This is another characteristic of the hypocrites. They feel great respect for the irreligious and consider them as superior. In their small brains, they consider the believers to be weak, however the believers always prevail over the irreligious. The disbelievers they count on so much always end up utterly defeated and humiliated before the Muslims.
